a delightful bouquet and update

one of the things i'm looking forward to most at our wedding is our wedding florals. we have a wonderful florist, which i am infinitely thankful for... to even have the budget for it is amazing since i almost went the DIY route.

since we're getting married in santa barbara, i couldn't very well go to the LA flower mart the morning of and whip up a bunch of arrangements, haul our butts up north and still have time to get ready. now that the day is coming near and i actually have to make all the things that have been swimming in my head..it's quite overwhelming. SO, anything i don't actually have to make for the day of and can just pay someone i trust to be amazing... i'm all for.

ranunculus bouquet i got for my birthday from a friend last week that bloomed this week...what more can a girl want?

I have an obsession with flowers that look like roses but aren't really (or are variations of traditional roses).

The cabbage rose, yves piaget, ranunculi, peonies, you name it. i love them all.
